Have your say…

The Senedd yr Ifanc would like young people to have their say.

The first consultation is the Senedd Yr Ifanc’s Biennial Ballot.

There are 8 issues that affect young people, which have been chosen by young people from numerous youth groups in Wrexham. The results from this ballot will inform the next 2 years work for Senedd Yr Ifanc. This consultation will be live from 6th September to 22nd October 2021.

Ballot papers are also available in Student Support.

The next consultation is on Knife Crime, following on from the work that was started in 2020 with Wrexham Members of the British Youth Council, this was to find out young people’s perceptions on knife crime in Wrexham. This new consultation and new results will be supporting the work of Wrexham’s Knife Crime group, (this includes Wrexham Police, Youth Justice Service, Youth Service, Head of Safeguarding, Education and Trading Standards). This is a short questionnaire with similarities to the last one to see if perceptions are still the same.  This consultation will also be live from 6th September to 22nd October 2021.
