Message to Clywedog parents regarding Flu session Thursday 2nd December

A reminder to parents/guardians that School Health will be attending Clywedog 2/12/21 to offer the flu immunisation to all pupils.
(This is a nasal spray). If you wish for your child to receive this, please ensure that you sign and return the green consent form to School on the day of this session.
One form per child. Unfortunately, if the child has no form they will be unable to receive the immunisation.
