Year 9 Closed 9/12/2021

Due to significant levels of staff illness and limited supply cover, we are unfortunately having to close Year 9 tomorrow, 09/12/2021.  Work will be set on Google Classroom.  Apologies for any inconvenience.

Clywedog students take part in Our Space Our Future

Year 9 have taken part in an extended project called Our Space Our Future.  They have been learning about different careers in the space industries.  This project will come to a close with a ‘community event’ at Xplore in Wrexham town centre on Friday 3rd December at 5.30-7pm.

Message to Clywedog parents regarding Flu session Thursday 2nd December

A reminder to parents/guardians that School Health will be attending Clywedog 2/12/21 to offer the flu immunisation to all pupils.

(This is a nasal spray).  If you wish for your child to receive this, please ensure that you sign and return the green consent form to School on the day of this session.

One form per child.  Unfortunately, if the child has no form they will be unable to receive the immunisation.

Year 11 Parents Evening

Parents’ Evening Bookings – Wednesday 24th November 2021, 4pm-6:30pm Online

The year 11 parents’ evenings will be held online. Bookings are now available for the evening which will take place on Wednesday 24th November 2021, from 4.00pm until 6:30pm.

If your child has more than one teacher for a subject you only need to book an appointment with one teacher.

If you are unable to log in, please ensure that you are using the email address that we have on record for you. If you have any questions or difficulty making a booking please contact data@clywedog.org for assistance.

The evening will be held via Google Meet. A link for each teacher will be added to ePraise as the room, prior to the evening.

Step by step guide to booking a parents’ evening appointment

Parents’ evenings can be found on our ePraise website under Community > Parents’ evenings or on our app under the More menu. To view your schedule just click on the event you want. Please book an appointment to see your child’s/children’s teachers, to do this simply select the Book appointment button and fill in the details.

The email address needed is the one that you have given to the school on the data collection sheet or application form.
